My passion for starting NEAP began when I shifted my workouts from running to strength training. 

Like many women raised on cardio culture,

I was late to the protein game. But once I understood how essential it was for strength, energy, and recovery, I was all in.

I knew I needed more protein to reach my newfound fitness goals, but every option felt like a compromise. 

Shakes were chalky and gross, bars were dense and heavy, powders were inconvenient and messy. Nothing made me feel good. And none of it fit into my life. 

I kept thinking back to my running days. Energy gels were light, quick, and easy. Why couldn’t protein be the same? 

That’s when NEAP was born - the first protein gel of its kind. Designed to be eaten on-the-go, anytime. No mixing, no extra calories, no mess. 

I love NEAP because I can get the protein I need, and nothing else. I feel great after consuming it and I can save my calories and sugar for the fun stuff. By building this product I have realized just how many people NEAP can help, from the health and wellness enthusiast to medical patients in desperate need of easy protein.
