Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE: By subscribing to a NEAP Foods subscription plan, you authorize us to automatically charge the payment method on file at the subscription price and frequency you selected (e.g., every 4 weeks, every 8 weeks) until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew until cancelled. No action is required to continue your subscription.

Before completing your subscription purchase, the following information will be displayed to you at checkout: (a) the subscription offer terms, including price and billing frequency; (b) the amount you will be charged on a recurring basis; (c) the date of your first renewal charge; and (d) how to cancel your subscription.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by: (a) logging into your account at neapfoods.com and managing your subscription; or (b) emailing us at hello@neapfoods.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and your order information. Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. If you cancel after a charge has already been processed, your subscription will be cancelled for all future renewals and your current shipment will be sent.

Subscription Price Changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the new price takes effect. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. Your continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Pre-orders
