Shipping Policy

At NEAP, we want to make sure your shopping experience is as smooth as our protein gels. Below, you'll find our shipping policy, designed to keep things clear and straightforward.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders using UPS, USPS, and FedEx. This allows us to deliver your products reliably and efficiently to your doorstep.

Processing Time

With the exception of pre-orders, orders placed by 2pm CT are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm CT will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or inclement weather.

  • Free shipping available on all U.S. orders of $50 or more.

  • All U.S. subscription orders ship free, no minimum required.

  • For all other orders, real-time shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Shipping Destinations

We ship throughout North America and internationally. Standard shipping rates apply at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@neapfoods.com with "Address Change" clearly listed in the subject line or email text as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the order before it is processed (1:30pm CT same day cutoff). Once an order has been processed, we are not able to modify the shipping address. NEAP is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on state or local laws. If your order cannot be shipped due to these restrictions, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact Page within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.
